Krzysztof Komorniczak – President of the Board, lawyer, tax advisor, graduate of Warsaw University, co-worker of numerous tax advisory companies;lecturer and author of books and publications on tax law, specializing in issues relating to VAT tax and tax on civil law transactions, as well as tax proceedings; co-author of expert opinions on tax law for the Polish Parliament; recognized trainer on VAT issues.
Ewa Sokołowska-Strug - Board Member, Director of the Department of Indirect Tax- tax advisor, a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and long-time collaborator with Polish and international consulting companies; specializes in issues relating to the Value Added Tax and the proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts; author of numerous publications dealing with the problems of Value Added Tax; an expert in tax law and recognized lecturer.

Ewa Ścierska - Director of the Department for Transfer Pricing - Tax Advisor, and solicitor, who had worked for many years in the tax department of an international tax consulting company; specializes in development of transfer pricing policy and documentation of transactions with related parties; has extensive experience in the tax optimization of international transactions; recognized lecturer and author of publications on issues of transfer pricing.
Adrian Artowicz – Director of the Department for Tax and Court Proceedings - tax advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University and post-graduate from English and European Law (University of Warsaw, University of Cambridge), previously collaborated with the Institute of Fiscal Studies; author and co-author of books and articles about tax law (Value Added Tax, Company Income Tax); specializes in serving businesses in the field of tax consultancy and tax litigation; he is interested in companies taxation and legal-administrative procedure. Lecturer on issues of Company Income Tax and Value Added Tax.
Magdalena Pancewicz- Director of the Department for Direct Taxes; specializes in issues relating to the general tax law and direct taxes, including extensive experience in tax relating to civil law transactions; author and co-author of publications about tax law.
Iwona Obodecka - Director of the Department of Tax Audit - an economist, for a number of years an employee in the accounting department of an international manufacturing company. She specializes in issues relating to the Value Added Tax along with the tax relating to civil law transactions.
